1. Detailed Discription Of Service
Lamathonsi Entertainment Community Projects as a seamless service provider of integrated Events, Public Relations, Maketing Strategies, Community and Home Based Care, Senior Citizens Empowerment, Rural Schools Empowerment and Entrepreneuial Skills 101 Programmes was registered as a Non-Profit Organisation in 2010, redesigned on a sustainable developmental legacy with a stable business approach. Lamathonsi Entertainment Community Projects is deeeply committed and focussed in comunity upliftment projects while not neglecting the commercial business for sustainability and longevity.
2. Donation Refund Policy
Refunds will only be considered due to errors made online, the supported organisation having left Lamathonsi Entertainment Community Projects, or the supported project no longer active. The cancellation request must be made before the 27th of the month for it to take effect from the following month and those received later will take effect in the succeeding month. An email confirmation is sent within 24 working hours to the donor's email ID. Because Lamathonsi Entertainment Community Projects pays administrative fees on these deposits, those fees will be recovered on a refund.
3. Donor Privacy Policy
Lamathonsi Entertainment Community Projects shall take all the reasonable steps to protect the personal information of its donors as may be required. For the purpose of this clause "personal information " shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA); PAIA may be downloaded here
Should the donation be marked as "anonymous" Lamathonsi Entertainment Community Projects will not pursue your personal information. Remember that the recipient of anonymous donation cannot thank such donors and that Lamathonsi Enteratinment Community Projects cannot refund or adjust anonymous donations.
4. Payment Options Accepted
Payment/s may be made via Visa or MasterCard Credit Cards, Debit Cards or by Bank Transfer into the Lamathonsi Entertainment Community Projescts bank account, the details of which will be provided on donation page.
5. Credit Card Acquired and Security
Credit Card transactions will be acquired for Lamathonsi Entertainment Community Projects Via MyGate (Pty) LTD, who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. MyGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3), and no credit cards are stored on the website. Users may go to MyGate to view their security certificate and security policy. At no time does Lamathonsi Entertainment Community Projects handle card details.
6. Donor Details Separate From Card Details
Donor details will be stored by Lamathonsi Entertainment Community Projects, but card details will not be. Card details are entered by the client on MyGate's secured site. For more details on MyGate please refer to mygate.co.za.
7. Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency (ZAR)
The merchat outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
8. (Terms and Conditions) Responsibility
Lamathonsi Entertainment Community Projects takes responsibility for all aspects relating to donations made on this website, donor service and support, and dispute resolution.
9. Country of Domicile
This website is governed by the law of South Africa and Lamathonsi Entertainment Community Projects choose as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
10. Variation
Lamathonsi Entertainment Community Projects may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
